Before you submit the form

The data are used to answer, assess the matter, suggest a next step and secure the next stage of communication. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the enquiry.

A short outline is enough. Share sensitive addresses, routes, documents, health information or access details only after an appropriate channel has been agreed.

Recipients and retention

The form is delivered through Resend API to a mailbox operated through Apple iCloud. The website is hosted on Njalla VPS.

First-contact enquiries are normally kept for up to six months. Contractual and accounting information is retained for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object, to the extent provided by the GDPR and the applicable legal basis.
