https://iochrona.pl is the public information website of iOchrona — Architekt Bezpieczeństwa. It explains the services, work standards, indicative prices and the first-contact process.
The website helps a visitor understand a useful first step. The precise service, timing, price, responsibilities and communication method are confirmed separately before paid work begins.

Using the website is voluntary and free. Sending the form starts a conversation about a possible engagement. A contract is formed only after its terms have been confirmed separately.
A name, contact detail, subject, relevant date and short description are enough for the first message.
Passwords, access codes, scans, private addresses, building plans, detailed routes and other sensitive material should be shared only after an appropriate channel and access rules have been agreed.
The form may be used only for lawful communication that respects the rights of other people.
Prices displayed for private clients are gross prices including VAT where applicable. Business offers show net price, VAT and gross price.
A price marked ‘from’ is the starting cost of a typical variant. The final price may depend on location, time, risk, vehicle, number of people, additional specialists and responsibility.
Before a contract is concluded, the service, price, payment method and separately agreed elements are confirmed. Payment details appear in the relevant offer, invoice or other billing document.
The first contact is used to determine a proportionate and secure way to continue. Where greater confidentiality is required, a different channel or an NDA can be agreed before wider materials are shared.
The website uses HTTPS, form validation, body-size limits, rate limits and basic anti-spam measures. The form and ordinary email remain first-contact channels rather than repositories for operational files.
