How it works

From a short message to a clear plan.

A short first message leads to an initial qualification. Paid work begins only after the purpose, timing, price, responsibilities and communication method are clear.

Process

Seven steps keep the work clear.

The process is deliberately simple. It protects confidentiality, avoids unnecessary scope and leaves a usable result after each stage.

  1. 01

    Short message

A few sentences are enough: what the situation concerns, who it affects, which date matters and how you would like me to reply.

    • contact form or email
    • only information needed for the first assessment
    • tell me if a more confidential channel may be needed
  2. 02

    Initial qualification

I check urgency, fit and the most proportionate first step: a session, diagnosis, plan, monthly support or on-site work.

    • separate advisory work from physical activity
    • identify what further information is genuinely needed
    • suggest a clear first step
  3. 03

    Confidentiality and terms

Where the matter is sensitive, we can agree an NDA before wider details are shared. We also confirm communication, price, responsibilities and any additional specialist.

    • NDA matched to the matter
    • contract and billing data
    • clear deliverable and additional costs
  4. 04

    Service selection

The service follows the outcome you need. Sometimes one conversation is enough; sometimes the right answer is a document, site work or ongoing support.

    • session for one decision
    • diagnosis for connected risks
    • plan or procedures for implementation
    • monthly support for recurring work
  5. 05

    Preparation and delivery

Before a meeting or task I review the relevant material and prepare realistic options. I then conduct the agreed work and record the conclusions that matter.

    • conversation, analysis, plan, report, reconnaissance, workshop or support
    • short documents with clear priorities
    • changes confirmed before cost or responsibility increases
  6. 06

    Summary

You receive the agreed material: a note, report, plan, action list, travel brief or summary of on-site work.

    • decisions and open points
    • seven- or 30-day order where relevant
    • items requiring another provider or further work
  7. 07

    Next step

You may implement the recommendation yourself, commission the next stage or use monthly support when the subject requires regular attention.

    • the project ends after the agreed deliverable or activity
    • larger implementation is a separate project
    • monthly support for recurring matters

Working principles

Clear decisions before additional work.

Before work begins, responsibility, included work, additional costs and the closing deliverable are made clear.

01

Principle 1

We first confirm the purpose, people and responsibility. The method follows from those facts.

02

Principle 2

Each recommendation has an order, a time horizon and an owner.

03

Principle 3

Additional work begins after the change and price are confirmed.

04

Principle 4

On-site work remains within the law, the licence and what can be delivered safely.

First contact

Start with a short description.

Tell me what the situation concerns, which date and location matter, and what you need after the first step. Initial qualification is free; paid work begins only after scope and price are confirmed.
