Experience that supports your security.
I combine personal protection, technical security and cybersecurity. I consider how access to accounts, phones and alarm apps affects the safety of people and places. I also draw on my experience as a self-defence instructor, bringing these areas together in a plan for your home, work or travel.
I encountered violence and fear in childhood. Since then, I have trained in different combat sports, martial arts and fighting systems, learning to face my fears and work through my limitations. I know how much effort that first step can take when confidence is low.
Self-defence has been my passion for over ten years, and I have taught it professionally for more than five. I bring that experience to calm explanations and practical exercises, helping you understand your options in a difficult situation and prepare to act at your own pace.
Qualifications and training
I hold an MSWiA licence for the protection of people and property and qualifications in physical protection (KPOF) and technical security (KPZT).
I have trained in martial arts, including Kyokushin karate, since childhood. I teach self-defence and have organised more than a dozen training events across Poland. I adapt the exercises and explanations to participants with different levels of experience.
I continue to train with organisations including GROM Group, GROM Academy and Mixu Special Forces, learning from former and serving Polish Special Forces personnel. I have also trained with retired Major Wojciech “Zachar” Zacharków and survival instructor Paweł “Szlendi” Szlendak.
Physical and outdoor preparation is part of my everyday life, from running and mountain hiking to winter camping in snow. These trips require planning, assessing conditions and knowing when to change course — habits that also inform my approach to travel preparation.
