These are the arrangements that make a service predictable: responsibility, confidentiality, changes and a clear handover.
Six commitments you can check
A named person responsible
Łukasz Słociak leads your case. If other professionals are needed, their roles and availability are confirmed before acceptance. Staffing follows the needs of the assignment.
Discretion in practice
We agree clothing, presence and contact arrangements for the setting. Names, addresses and itineraries are shared only with people who need them. Your assignment is not used as a public case study without separate agreement.
Changes with a clear decision
Before work begins, we agree who can approve a change, how to reach them and how extra work is priced. An extended meeting or a new destination requires confirmation of availability and cost.
Feasible hours and staffing
Protection hours, travel and any standby periods are defined separately. Long assignments account for rest and staff rotations. Continuous protection is organised as a staffing plan, not an unlimited shift for one person.
A useful handover
Advice and reviews end with the deliverable described in the offer. Recommendations identify the next steps. For on-site protection, we agree how the assignment ends and any further arrangements are handed over.

- MSWiA licence for protection of people and property, with KPOF and KPZT qualifications.
- The assignment must fit the scope of authorisation and required insurance. These are confirmed before work begins.
- You can request the relevant formal documents before booking.
- For assignments involving children, acceptance requires agreement with a parent or legal guardian and confirmation of the applicable safeguarding requirements.
