FAQ
Practical answers before you decide.
Open the question closest to your situation. The first message can remain short and general.
01Is the first qualification free?
Yes. You can send a short outline and I will check fit, urgency and the most sensible next step. Paid work begins only after scope, timing and price are confirmed.
02Do I need to know which service to choose?
No service label is required in the first message. Describe the situation, important date, location and the change you want after the first stage. I will suggest the proportionate starting point.
03Does monthly support include physical protection?
Monthly support covers planning, analysis, short briefs, procedures and coordination. Reconnaissance, transport, point support and personal protection are scheduled and priced as separate operational work.
04What do the hours in a monthly package mean?
They are reserved for direct work on live matters. Preparation, review of open issues, updates to the action list and the agreed note or report also take place between conversations.
05Can I book protection for only a few hours?
Yes, where point support is proportionate. A short task can include qualification, location preparation, agreed presence and a clear end condition.
06Will another specialist handle my case?
I lead the case personally. Another specialist or additional team member joins only where the scale, timing or technical depth requires it. Their role and cost are confirmed in advance.
07How should sensitive information be shared?
The first message should remain general. Once the work is defined, we agree who needs access, whether an NDA is appropriate and which channel fits the material.
08What if there is an immediate threat?
If life, health or property is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 112. After the emergency has ended, I can help organise facts, decisions, documentation and the next plan.
First contact
Start with a short description.
Tell me what the situation concerns, which date and location matter, and what you need after the first step. Initial qualification is free; paid work begins only after scope and price are confirmed.
