Protection can cover a child during travel, an event or an agreed journey. With the parent or legal guardian, I establish the circumstances, scope and appropriate staffing before accepting the assignment.

  • Agreed places, times and people authorised to collect the child.
  • Clear communication with the parent or guardian, including changes of plan.
  • Discretion and arrangements suited to the child’s age and daily routine.

Longer assignments

Protection for your whole schedule

Twelve hours, round-the-clock coverage or several days away are quoted individually. A longer assignment is not simply an eight-hour rate multiplied by time.

An extended day of meetings or events. We confirm the schedule, rest arrangements and whether additional staff are needed.

Continuous protection requires planned shifts and handovers. Overnight standby and active protection have different scopes.

A weekend or business trip

A quote for the whole itinerary: preparation, daily hours, transfers, transport and accommodation. Travel time is addressed explicitly.

To request a quote, provide dates, cities, number of people and approximate hours of active protection. No private addresses are needed initially. The offer confirms staffing, extra-hour terms and the total cost. Overseas travel requires separate checks of local requirements.
