What you practise
Recognise warning signs, keep distance and identify a way out. Practise deciding when to leave and when to seek help.
Practise setting boundaries, speaking clearly and ending an escalating conversation. Agree how colleagues can call for support.
Practise a protective stance, movement and basic ways to disengage. The aim is to create an opportunity to get away and seek help.
Your team leaves with a shared way to call for help and a concise checklist. The organiser receives a summary of the topics covered and suggested next steps. Physical exercises are voluntary and adapted to the group. No sparring or surprise attacks.

For schools
Younger pupils practise identifying trusted adults, saying no and asking for help. Older pupils discuss peer pressure, setting boundaries and safely leaving a difficult situation.
We agree the age group, class needs, teacher supervision and the school’s safeguarding procedures before accepting the booking. Delivery depends on completing the applicable checks and documentation. Contact self-defence exercises, if requested, require a separate programme and smaller groups. One large assembly is not a practical workshop for every pupil.
Organisation
Tell us the age and number of participants, date, city and main objective. We confirm the programme, room requirements, equipment and accessibility needs before you book.
The organiser provides a suitable room with clear floor space, seating and access to water and toilets. A screen is agreed if needed. Space, equipment and safe capacity are checked for the selected exercises.
Łukasz Słociak has trained in different combat sports, martial arts and fighting systems since childhood. He also knows the personal impact of violence and fear. Working through his own fears and limitations taught him that courage does not mean feeling no fear. He has taught self-defence professionally for over five years. His workshops help participants set boundaries, practise responses and gradually build confidence in taking action. The sessions also welcome beginners and people who feel unsure of themselves.
This is an introductory educational workshop. It does not replace ongoing training, mandatory workplace safety training or specialist intervention qualifications. First aid and specialist modules are available only by separate agreement with an appropriately qualified instructor.
Send the date, city, age range and group size. We reply within 24 hours. Together we will choose a format and confirm the full price.
